As the largest producer of maple syrup in the United States, maple sugaring is a huge part of Vermont culture. With every changing and advancing technology the way in which we go about our every day lives continues to alter. The same is true for maple sugaring, but many Vermonters continue to hold on to tradition. Tapped explores the various methods of producing and distributing maple syrup through three sugar makers and how they are being affected by changes in the maple industry.
